Six YAML registries that are the source of truth for skills, agents, orchestrators, capabilities, routing, and deprecations.

• _skills-registry.yaml — 127 curated skills, 4 tiers
• registry-full.yaml — auto-generated full inventory (684 skills, all areas)
• _agents-registry.yaml — 25 agents (Layer 4-5)
• _orchestrators-registry.yaml — 12 orchestrators (Layer 1-3)
• ROUTING-COMPASS.yaml — intent → orchestrator routing rules
• CAPABILITY-GRAPH.yaml — 39 areas × 64 sub_areas taxonomy

registry-full.yaml is regenerated by scripts/gen_registry_full.py and validated against the filesystem by every audit.
